Jeffrey Larsen is a food stylist, project manager, art director, recipe developer, product developer, pastry chef, cookbook author and cooking instructor. Jeffrey has worked on a number of cookbooks, online apps, cooking magazines, food packaging and food advertising/marketing.

His most recent achievements are acting as senior food stylist for Sunbasket. Jeffrey was brought on to take the food images in a more editorial direction. Jeffrey has developed recipes and products for the Nutiva brand, Hampton Creek and Hidden Valley Ranch.

Jeffrey’s first cookbook, Gluten Free Baking at Home has been awarded the James Beard and the I.A.C.P. (International Association of Cooking Professionals) award for cookbook excellence 2020.

Jeffrey works in San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles.
