All of the recipes have been developed around weight instead of measure. No more “flour mixes”. Each recipe is devised around the individual flours that makes sense for the recipe. I also reduced the pantry down to 6 flours that I picked for taste and their healthful properties. My hope is that the consumer will have better end results.
